  • Provide necessary information for B.You to identify and execute services for customers.
  • Fully pay B.You for the services that customers use.
  • Collecting information such as name, email, phone number… from customers to identify and meet their service needs.
  • Urging customers to fulfill their payment obligations for services used when payment deadlines have been exceeded.

OBLIGATIONS

  • Providing products, services as agreed with customers or through public notices on this website.
  • Resolving customer complaints during the service usage process.

RIGHTS

  • Decide whether to use or not use the services as well as have the freedom to choose products, services according to personal preferences.
  • Request the service provider to comply with the service terms as agreed and in accordance with the publicly announced policies.

OBLIGATIONS

  • Provide necessary information for B.You to identify and execute services for customers.
  • Fully pay B.You for the services that customers use.

Overview of Agreement

  • The use of services related to B.You’s ownership or operation must comply with this Agreement. Your use of the Service implies that you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms.

1. Definition

“B.You”: is the organization providing services to you. You can use B.You’s services through contacting, consulting registration, using, and paying for related service fees.

“You” or “Customer”: is the user of the service when there is a need and has paid according to our policies in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

 

To use the service, you must first agree to the terms. You cannot use the service if you do not accept the terms.

You may not use the Service and may not accept the Terms if:

  • (a) You are not of legal age to enter into a binding agreement with B.You.
  • (b) You are a person prohibited from receiving the Service under the laws of Vietnam or other countries including the country where you reside or from which you use the Service..

3. Your Use of the Services

You agree to only use the Services for purposes permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant legal fields.

You agree not to engage in and not to intervene or disrupt the Service, unless you are specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with B.You.

You agree not to receive, copy, sell, resell B.You’s services for any purpose without B.You’s express legal written consent.
